Soldier from Thomson wins $1 million in GA Lottery
Sgt. 1st Class Willie Kendrick, who is stationed at Fort Gordon, won the million bucks on a scratch-off ticket. Says he won't quit the Army. He bought the ticket in Harlem, Ga., the Chronicle reports.
